I took out a travel top-up Policy on my American Express with Petunia Bila on 31 April 2013 which I subsequently changed to a new policy on 16 May 2013 with Gavin August. I was assured by Gavin August that the premium for the original policy would be creditted to my account when I took out the second policy. However this did not happen. I spoke to Olga on 28 May 2013 who told me the refund would take 10 days. I then spoke to Ayanda on 07 June 2013 who said it had been requested on 23 May 2013. I spoke to another person (name unknwn) on 14 June 2013 who assured me they would look into it and I would be refunded. On the 25 June, a fourth call centre person, Bescar, told me it would be refunded within 48 hours. on 03 July 2013 I received an email to say the following: "Yes your refund was requested and we still waiting for the feedback from our finance department". It is now the 14 July 2013 and I have emailed three times and phoned on numerous occassions but still have not recieved my refund.
