Last week monday 7/10/2013 the customer paid in R150.00 excess fee to have his phone fixed. i sent the proof of payment to quetin, who asked me for it 2times after i sent it. then i sent it kagiso who said he would get back to me and never did, he also asked me for the pick up address for the handset to be collected. at some point i spoke to natasha who said she would query the payment with the accounts department and get back to me. she also never did. i phoned in today, 2013/10/15 to ask what is going on and i was told that quentin, kagiso, natasha and the supervisor is on a phone call. then 2 minutes later the supervisor was in a meeting. at this point i am refusing to sell insurance which i am sure is not your problem but i do think 24hour mobility won't be too happy about this. if this query is not resolved by friday i will go onto every complaint site i can to tell the whole world what pathetic service finrite has and this is not the first time, i have dozens of customer's that also had problems with finrite.
