Yet again, I'm having a big problem with African Bank.

I lost my credit card, called the bank before I went in and Thapelo said i must bring my proof of residence and ID, when i get there after waiting for an hour they tell me they want a bank statement. Honestly they branch is a mess, I'm taking this to the media!!!
