I wrote a complaint about MFC a while ago. the complaint was regarding being billed for a dent doctor policy that I've cancelled, as well as MFC failed to provide me with communication about the refund from the policy. Yashin from MFC emailed me saying that he is negotiating with the insurance to have it sorted however I haven't got feedback as yet - how long will it take???
