I lodged a complaint regarding African Bank last week Wednesday regarding me having difficulty getting my new credit card from African Bank and I was contacted and advised that the matter had been resolved and I just needed to go to the branch once again using my own time to get the card. I went to the branch on Saturday morning thinking that it will only take me 10 minutes but due to a system problem I sat there for almost an hour and once again I left without the card or funds wasting my time once again. I really do not wish to go to the branch again as I keep on wasting my time. I wish for the card to be couriered to me at African Banks cost. I hope to get a favourable response soon.
