VERY POOR SERVICE, NO-ONE CALLS ME BACK

A.F. handled my company pension and medical aid (Discovery). I resigned from this job, am now self employed but want to continue with a Discovery hospital insurance plan. However, even after numerous requests both verbally (over the phone) and on their website contact forms (do these ever get read?), no-one at Alexander Forbes has bothered to call me back. I must have spent over R100.00 in phone calls already just trying to find someone at A.F. who can help me.

It seem that they are not interested in continuing or new business.

I AM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY GUYS! WAKE THE UP!
