Montly interest of R585.28

My car was behind with an amount of R5300 and I made an arrangments with wesbank (Josephine Khumalo) to pay extra R1000 on my account. However, I did change banks and I sent Josephine and witbooi to make changes on my account. Nothing was done and the debit order was rejected, however I manage to make cash transfer.
The arrangment was suppose to run until July 26, however I realised that everymonth I'm being charged interest of R587 and this month the arreas jumped from R3300 to R3800 .
Please can someone help me, it seems I wont be finishing this account soon, bearing in mind that I was charged and interest rate of 16% and sticking to my payments everymonth.

wesbank please reverse the charges that are being made on my account especialy this month-I did sent an email to Josephine to change my account details, she only acted after my second emails.
