In simple terms, fnb is an under hand bank.

The point of a loan, is to settle payments and unforeseen issues. So when fnb decides to pay themselves money just because they feel like it and misuse a hidden clause within their "Terms and Conditions", then have a rude person within their call centre to shout out, "WITHIN 31 DAYS", over the phone, then i really feel happy with my bank. I do get it that its your money, you loaned it to me. But if you have been collecting money from me at the end of each month, why the sudden change? Then you find payments that i had made a week ago only reflecting and deducting a week after, i do question how secure my salary is with fnb. I feel bullied by my own bank that i have trusted for more than two years. Really appreciate it.

But hey, to paraphrase the shouting call centre operator, "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" apply.

PS. Please DONT call me back, you have ruined my day enough.
