I lodged a claim on 11/06/13 for 3 x tyres and broken windows after a burglary and recd sms confirmation at 8.28 am with the claim no. I provided all the requirements and was called later in the day to advise an assessor will call on me the next day at my home where my car was standing on bricks. I was called by the assessor on 12/06/13 at 15h45 to say he was on his way. He called back a while later to confirm my address when he realised he was given the wrong address. He advised he will come on 13/06/13. He did not; I waited 2 whole days for the assessor, all in vain. My car is still standing on bricks with broken windows, causing us sleepless nights. If i did not have insurance I would have sorted it out within 24 hours. To say I'm disappointed is an under statement.
