Policy : 7202536X6: During October 2012 I I was informed by Sanlam that the policy was ceded in favor of FNB. I only joined FNB in 2011 and did not cede any policies for the last 10 years. I then mailed Sanlam on the 10th of October 2012 requesting the date when the policy was ceded in favor of FNB. On 12/10/2012 I again had to ask for feedback. Kowie Mcgeer (Sanlam) mailed me saying that FNB are checking their records to determine whether they still have an interest in the policy. This was not my request! On 19th of January I again had to ask for feedback! I was then CC, d in a mail by Sean Jeffries to FNB where he asked FNB " The policyholder has enquired at Sanlam about progress in cancelling the cession in favor of FNB" I NEVER ASKED THIS, I ASKED SANLAM TO INFORM ME ON THE DATE WHEN THE POLICY WAS CEDED IN FAVOR OF FNB AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT! Several e-mails later and I am still waiting for something positive! On 31/1/2012 I visited FNB who confirmed that FNB has no interest. F7563590 and F7558635). On 6/3 FNB refused to complete the release policy as they have no interest. THIS IS A SANLAM PROBLEM. PLEASE RECTIFY NOW. Dont tell me you understand my frustrations!
