Debit orders

Hi. I'm very upset with Absa bank. Every month my insurance debit order goes of on the 17 of every month. But thats not the problem. On the 15 January 2014 the insurance debit order went of on my account and the same day that evening I paid money in my account. ABSA BANK returned the debit order of the 2 insurance policies. I asked ABSA how is that possible that on the same day money goes into the account and they returned the debit orders, cant they like other banks give you at least a day to pay money into your account?
