I was involved in car accident on the 6 of May 2013 and i notified my insurance (iWyze) on the same day and they arranged a courtesy car for me on the following day. The courtesy car was valid for 30 days and i have since taken the car back since the 30 days period has expired. Until today i am on house arrest and being sent from pillar to post with regards to authorisation and repairs of my car and cant even do any of my daily activities.

Having been a loyal client of iWyze for almost 4 yrs when it started, receiving such horrible and disgusting service is really a cause for concern. One of the so called supervisor promised to call me back on the 6th of June when i took the courtesy car back and until today i am still waiting for her to contact me for some explanation. I suppose i was not really Wyze to take up insurance with them.
