I have been with iWyze since 2011 and i made my first claim emanating from an accident that was not caused by me but by the other car driver in June 2013. My problems started when i put a claim on 1st of June 2013 and was told that i need to go back to the police station to get the accident report since it is not iwyze's responsibility to get the reports. The person who was assisting me further chose to be selective in terms of providing me with information and i was forced to call iwyze everyday to enquire about issues of courtesy car, repair authorisation etc of which i ended up doing most of them all by myself. I had to call BMW repairs to enquire about the authorising from iwyze and BMW knew nothing about that and later found out that the e-mail address used by iWyze was incorrect and yet they insisted that they have sent the authorisation to BMW. It was only after i requested that they send me the copy of that authorisation that it ended up with the right person at BMW, i.e processing the authorisation all by myself. I have recently enquired about developments around claims from the third party insurance by sending an email to Patience Mofokeng and no feedback to date.
