Repudiation of Claim

On 4 February 2013 I reported, submitted all relevant documentation, the loss of product and damage to equipment due to unforseen circumstances see Claim no. 78412587, Ref; 9397707, policy 19328052. All documentation as per Assessors request were confirmed as received by the same. After many and persistent enquiries, i eventually received a formal email reply on 17 May 2013 which repudiated the entire claim. I disputed this, which was proven by expert analysis, that the findings to repudiate the claim was based on incorrect assessment of cause of damage equipment and product loss. After consultation with my broker, Stirling Kolbe, it was agreed to engage with relevant senior personnel of M&F in order to avoid incurring unnecessary legal and other expenses, save to say that communication (emails, telecalls etc.) in this regard is not dealt with any expedience or urgency, whatsoever. No Assessor has ever been to our premises. I'm totally disgusted and dismayed at the lack of interaction to resolve this matter urgently. I've never in all my dealings with the company ever experienced such horrendous service. I commend Mr Kolbe for the assistance provided to date. PLEASE HELP!
