MiWay unfair claim prejudice

My car was written off in an accident in January and miway assessors put me thru to try and not pay out. After 2 or more months they paid out and deducted 12%, claiming I did not inform them of a minor scratch incident that happened before joining them, however I did where it was their consultant who told me it was minor and was not my fault and thus did not record it. Miway failed to retrieve this call and stuck to thier decision not to pay. I even have proof where i was told that i never called to request a boarder letter, after providing proof the person involved did not even acknowledge this. The company should be called "our Way". Everytime I see thier ads on tv I get mad coz its misleading. Now I'm in debt coz of them.
