Once again, awful service from a terrible bank

So after my initial complaint (please check my last complaint from standard bank), I deposited the money to my account. I recieve a phone call this morning to tell me that I am in arrears, I speak to a consultant and she tells me that they attempted to debit my account earlier this month as most people get paid earlier. Obviously there will be no funds in the account as I have not yet been paid.

I am absolutely disgusted at the service ONCE AGAIN. WHO gave Standard Bank permission to debit my account earlier than stated in my loan contract? I am also appalled that now I am inconvenienced ONCE AGAIN by Standard Bank for their assumptions. The consultant said that I need to make a manual deposit ONCE AGAIN. I WILL NOT BE MAKING A MANUAL DEPOSIT. IT IS NOT YET THE 27TH AND STANDARD BANK CAN DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON SAID DATE.

If this is not sorted out I will be taking my complaint to the Ombudsman.

Do not think I have time to deal with this any longer.
