Being billed for an upgrade, not mine!

In late Sept 2013 I signed a 'Cession Form' to allow my son to take over an existing cell phone contract. He called on Tanya Pillay, provided all necessary FICA/RICA docs and received a new contract for a Samsung S4. To date, the name on the contract has not been changed and I am still being billed. I have contacted the Customer Care Line, Ann the Manager at Nashua Mobile Northgate (extremely unhelpful) and Tanya Pillay (031 9409111) but they are unable to resolve the matter. Tanya was supposed to investigate and call me back, but hasn't done so. My son has tried to resolve with them, but they refuse to speak to him as the contract is in my name (how did they give him the new phone then?) For some reason, no debit to my or my son's bank account has been processed this month - nobody knows why - and I am worried his phone will be cut off for non payment through no fault of ours. I am now at wits end as to how to resolve this, as nobody at Nashua Mobile seems capable of taking ownership of the matter How is it possible to upgrade a contract but have no record of doing so?? PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY, ANYBODY AT NASHUA MOBILE ASSIST.
