Unable to resolve a simple problem

I have ordered a Samsung galaxy s4 at FNB on the Cell C promotion, I received the device 2 weeks ago on 06/06/2013 (after witch I have been billed already and payed for the courier cost) but the contract cell c Sim card was not included in the package. FNB admitted that they made a mistake for not including the Sim card, but they are just incapable of resolving this problem!! I am currently paying for a contract the I cannot use! After a lot of phone calls every day for the last 2 weeks, and complaints on hello peter the problem is still not solved. The previous complaint was on Wednesday last week after witch someone phoned me and promised me the I will have the Sim card by Friday, but again it didn't happen.. Digital world didn't even contact me to arrange for the delivery witch means that they didn't even receive an order from FNB!!!
