I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy s4 throw FNB (What a dreadful mistake )!! First I struggled to get the device, after many calls and complaints I finally received it, bud without a Sim card, yet again weeks of calls and complaints, I finally received the Sim card on Thursday. Now the struggle is to get it activated. I phoned FNB they told me to phone Cell C, and Cell C say I must speak to FNB... This has been going on for the last week. Hundreds of rands worth of airtime wasted and no one wants to help me!!! Cell C say it is supposed to take 24 Hours (its been more than 200 already) FNB only say they can escalate the issue (SO NO ONE WANT DO DO SOMETHING, EVERYBODY JUST WANT TO GIVE THE ISSUE TO SOMEONE ELSE!!). They can't even give me the direct no of the people they escalate the issue to!!! Why do FNB sell something if they are unable to provide a simple service? I am paying for a service I can't use because FNB is unable to get my Sim Card activated. Their service to say the least!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE JUST ACTIVATE MY SIM CARD???
