Increased premiums

Hi,

I have tried to call your 0860 number and no one is putting me through to the relevant department. I got an email telling me my premiums will be increasing by R302.58 I need an explanantion and no one is getting back to me. I have spoken to Andrew and Kgotso they could not assist me, this is daylight. Can someone call me back... as I go online to look for another car insurer.
