Insurance premiums

I am outraged by MiWay, In February I was ready to leave MiWay as they increased my premiums from R1200 to R1500 (excess of R3500) on my Mazda 3. I got a call from their retention analyst who reviewed my policy and offered me what the competition was offering me (R990, excess of R1500). I was promised that if I stayed on with them my premiums will go down again in September as I have never claimed in three years. To my surprise, I get a new schedule with my premiums going up again to R1100 and excess of R2500. I can no longer get hold of the retention analyst who called me and all the other retention analysts are now suddenly always too busy. This whole incident has been a waste of my time and resources. MiWay's just full of empty promises!!!
