Atm swallowed my card

I went to a standard bank atm at diepkloof square. as I put in the pin and the screen that showed the amount to with draw never cam up. I reported it to the call centre and they stopped the card after the call I got an sms that 2000 was withdrawn from my account. I also reported it to the department. I need some one to get hold of me from the department URGENTLY. they have ordered new cards for me. where did the money go???
