How do I get hold of my bank?

I have been trying for 25 minutes to get hold of my Thibault Square branch by phone. I have been transferred several times. Eventually I just got transferred to a number that rang without answer.

All I want to do is talk to a banker at my branch, . Why is this so difficult?
