Double deduction no refund for 2 months

Hi,

This is an ongoing "STORY" if I can put it like that, today I'm complaining about the horrible experience I had with Chartis.
My monthly premium was increased without my consent, I phoned on the 30th of April to have this matter resolved, the agent who assisted me said she will process a refund and it will take up to 14 working days.
Fine enough I agreed to that! Checked my bank balanced on the 15th May still nothing was refunded.
So here I find myself phoning your customer service to enquire what the problem is, so another agent told me the refund was never processed, really now?
I said okay and I asked the agent what she will do about that, so I was told that she will make an urgent request that will take 48 hours maximum, I agreed to that.
Please keep in mind that I'm the 1 phoning and doing follow ups, no one had the decency to contact me and say that there's a delay with my query.
So guess what today 10.06.2013 I found myself phoning customer service again to find out if the refund was processed, guess what it wasn't done "WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED"
It's almost mid of June which will be the 2nd month that I'm waiting.
So now I want to Cancel and I demand a refund!!!
