I was unfortunate that my battery packed up this morning and I couldnt start my car. I phoned FFW and they quickly assisted me in arranging roadside assistant to jump start my car. The mechanical assistant was by my car within 15min and a friendly helpful man. The vehicle was clearly marked so I didnt have to worry about my security having to deal with a stranger on my own as a woman. I'm very impressed. Thank you FFW!
