Account reflecting written off on ITC

Good day,
i was very happy with the service i received from African bank few days ago after i complaint to hellopeter,
i paid off my account and i even got a refund for overpaying, i received a confirmation of a paid up letter.
today when im checking my ITC report i see that this account is now written off since last year Oct, however i have been making payments since last year and i settled my account in full last month.
my payments are not updated as it shoed that the last payments received was last year Nov.
i want this to be sorted, i want the account to reflect closed and not written off asap as its messing my report.
