MFC care plans= (waste of time hard earned money)

I have a Power Up service plan that is not working for me!!! I have been trying to lodge a claim to change my battery for months now (at least since Feb/March) and every time Im told that the battery is still fine, yet the car is having difficulty to start every day and worse if I dare play radio for 20 min I will have to either push or jump start the car!!! Now it has gone worse, every morning I ask people to jump start or push me because the battery gets drained overnight!!! I took the car to VW McCarthy atleast 3/4 times now and with no success of changing it. worse, the TRACKER company calls & sms me day and night to tell me that they cannot pick up signal (because there is no power in the battery to power up the tracking device). Now should my car get while the unit was not functional who is going to pay for the car? cause we all know the insurance wont pay as the tracker was not working!!! You MFC guys would still expect me to continue paying for the car that I no longer have even thou its your fault that you do not want to change the battery. The battery gets charged a bit while im driving and quickly drains out when I park!!! Refund me/pay 4 the battery
