I came to the warehouse with out an appointment schedule, and the first thing i noticed, was the warm welcome. I received from the Old man / Gentlemen, sitting right at the front.

As i entered he greeted me with a smile, then asked to be of assistant, I informed him of the incident and what i required to be done to the car, since it had damages on the body. He then referred me to a wonderful lady by the name of Josephine to assist me, which as matter of fetch, she did. She asked who i was insured with, and then offered me coffee or tea, which was very friendly of her. Thereafter, she offered me the telephone line and contact First for Woman Insurance on my behalf, so i get get my claim throgh.

The conversation lasted for almost 15min. They were so patience. To top it off, my assessment was due on the 23rd of October 2013, which would have been tomorrow (Wednesday), but they offered to do it on the spot, to save me the double trip.

I have been so impressed with the effeciency and profferssionalism.
