Friday night when we wanted to start our VW CC the battery was dead, we contacted the Assist Line the 1st agents services was excellent, she arranged for the technician to come out, who took a hour to arriveand we live 5min away from the garage. Causing major inconvenience. He jump started the car and left.
Saturday the exact same happened luckily we got the same consultant. Again the car was jumped after a hours wait for the technician and he informed us that we should take the vechile in on Monday to let them have a look at the battery. We then took a trip to Cape Town and yet again the cars battery was flat. When we returned home we contacted the assist line again stating that every time we want to drive the car we have to jump start it. So we basically can't go anywhere. The lady from the assist line was unhelpful and told us that the only thing we can do is contact them to jump start us every time as the garage is closed on a saturday. So basically were stranded until we can take the car in on Monday after they will need to jump it. This is utter poor service from VW. No effort was made to assist with a new battery or a loan vechile for the weekend. Thanks for stranding us...
