I am trying to get a life policy in place to replace the one that is existing on my loan.

YOU PHONED ME, I got the doc, gave all my details etc etc. I sent two mails asking for feedback. I called and requested feedback, someone called me, and promised feedback and a status update. NOTHING.

As I said, your company called me and offered me the service.
