Debited after cancelling contract

I have been struggiling to cancel my funeral plan with Assupol from 04/04/2013 because there is no response to either the client service number nor their email they have on their webside. Eventually a lady from their sales dept aswered my call and provided a direct email of who to direct my query to. On the 06/05/2013 I then forwarded all that Beverly Adams dept requested to have my contract cancelled. Despite all of that and having more than 3 people call me from her department on the 03/06/2013 they still debited TWICE from my account and my contract was not cancelled. The first debit went through and the second did not due to insufficient funds and needless to mention that I was charged bank fees of which they refused to refund even though they are in the wrong. I find this very irritating and its poor client service. First they illegally debit my account and secondly they refuse to rectify their error and I must endure banking charges because of Assupol and its incompetent staff.
