I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4 and received the phone on Tuesday via courier. On Friday I complained that the SIM card is not registering. And i was advised to take the phone to Samsung. I took the phone to Samsung in Rustenburg to which they responded the phone has a factory fault on it. I went to Samsung Brooklyn who also said the phone has a factory fault on it. FNB needs to replace the phone. I phoned FNB this morning explaining everything to them and requested that they must replaced the phone since i am still within my seven days. To which they replied that the courier service needs to pick up the phone and assess the problem end will then advise if the phone needs to be replaced or repaired. There is a turnaround time of 3 days which would mean i fall out of my seven days period and if the phone is then still not working. My Problem. I dont think so. I am extremely disappointed with FNB at this stage and will advise any friend, family and business client not to make use of this offer from FNB. And if this poor service continues i will also cancel all my accounts with FNB and advise my clients to rather open a standard bank or nedbank account
