Good day

I would like to lodge a complain about fnb smart device department.

I recently bought an Iphone 8 gig for R199 pm. They delivered a IPHONE 4S 32 Gig, which cost me almost twice the price I was willing to pay (R345).

I have reported the matter and I was told, they are going to get back to me. And they NEVER did.

Now, the worse thing they are deducting R345 on my account!!! What exactly must i do?
