Had an accident on the 22th of Dec caused by someone who jumped a stop street called my insurance. My csr was not driveable spoke to a lady called Melisa whom I had to call several times in oder to get my car towed away and get me a rental well after a few harsh tones in my voice I got an 24hour emergency car. I was not to happy as I am insured to have a rental for 30 days. So the monday called again and a guy called Mowbray answered and I was shocked by the way he adressed me in a positive way. There was no need for me to fought for a car while we were on the phone he booked me a car no hassles and followed up on me and 5min Got a call from avis and I wasback on the road, Miway should get more people like him that knows about customer car how to talk to clients and does a good job well done.if ever something happen will insist to deal with him. Good job Mowbray
