Atms faulty, taken cash and no receipt

Done 7 deposits at centurion centre 2 that is atm number 09564. From the seven the only two had not given me receipt. The first was 4700 and showed on the screen upon last screen was prompted and proceeded yes and the atm did not print instead it rebooted. So one has no evidence however there is a camera which confirms this.

Monies were paid indepentent institution ref tarmahomed11028298.
second deposit 4800 which faulty atm had presented techinical error also could not comprehend there was no receipt again. One is querying my receipts for 4700 and and 4800 rands.

Please fix ur machines as this festive period also thanking you for the inconvenience.
How would one know as your famous excuse is u do not hold the keys to atm. As this is not first time.
