Overview of claim procedure

To whom it may concern

I am not going to go into the details to much as that is not the point. The reason for this statement is to acknowledge good sevice surrendered by Mowbray Holland and Simon Mkwanazi the two Mi Way staff members who handled my claim. I think it is well known in general that when it comes to insurance claims one tend to get a headache even prior to starting with the process and this was my initial thought as well. This will probable be the only time in my life this would be said was not the case. From the word go Mowbray Holland and Simon Mkwanazi explained and processed my claim in such a professional and fast manner that I had to tell everyone about this as I could truly not believe it as the general concensis when it comes to insurance was everything but this that I was experiencing. These two staff members in my individual but succesfull bussiness orientated mind would be a profit for any company in South Africa. This statement is not just said but truly meant. Mowbray and Simon I do not think I KNOW you guys are going to make it very far within your trade and I truly believe Mi Way insurance knows this hence you are working for the company.
