Very Disappointed Custome

On the 13 May 2013 I had a mechanical breakdown on the N1 next to Bela Bela offramp from Mokopane. I called my insuance, miway & told them about my breakdown. They sent a towing company which responded to me in 20 minutes. The first thing they asked me was where do I want my car to go. I said Soweto, and they asked which insurance company am i using. I said miway and they said please confirm with ur insurance. When i called my insurance i was told they can only tow me to the next place of repair. And that they will not pay for my car to be taken home. I had no money to fix my car immediately and had no money to pay for the towing to Joburg. I thought I requested for a curtesy car, and i was told that option is only available when Im involved in an accident. After that communication was shut. I needed help in getting a rental car. There was no feedback, there was no positive assistence at all. I called miway for the to 4 times asking for help on rental car assistence. I was let down by miway in the middle of nowhere. I was burning in the scorching heat of Bela Bela. I knw it is not in the contract that i must be assisted. But i am disgusted that help was denied when i needed it most
