Non-disclosure and false advice/total denial

My father had two life policies to cover their house bond in the event of either himself or my mom passing away... upon advise from client services due to being a pensioner, he went ahead with their advise (and based on amendments faxed to him) My mom passed away in Sept 2012, and after 8 months of trying to discuss/resolve this with someone of integrity there first... received an almost cold/automated response from Harlene... STARTING at the point my father instructed them to base the change, NOT taking into account how they got him to believe otherwise. The email she sent is also incorrect compared to paperwork we have received from them... her wording is incorrect, as well as her whole "take" on the matter... treated with total disdain. It is even ended with "Out of courtesy, here is the Ombudsman's contact details". NOT mentioned is the effect this has had on the most honest, ethical man I have ever known, who was almost hospitalised yesterday after receiving this email from them/her... If she had any decency, she would take the whole matter into consideration, not just make ensure Momentum don't have to pay... in fact, I'm trying to escalate this ABOVE her!
