Negligent paperwork - very long time to reg bond

I received an OTP on my house in November last year 2012. Tomorrow we are going into Feb and the bond has not even been lodged yet!!! Once it is lodged it takes about another 8 - 10 working days to be registered. Adrienne was negligent and did not check her paperwork - her details were incorrect that were sent to everyone meaning everything had to be returned to the banks - resulting in a 3 week delay so far. When she re-sent the details to me they were incorrect again. It has now resulted in me paying a double bond AGAIN this month as well as taking out bridging finance to pay commitments. The interest I will have to pay as well as the bond payment will cost me about R10 000. She has never apologised or agreed to take responsibility for her mistakes. In actual fact she just ignores me. Why should I have to lose money because of her mistakes? I would strongly advise anyone against using them.
