No feedback response: querries/ info/cancellations

Since inception of 2 health scheme policies had bad service. Premiums increase without notification, forever having to get affidavits/ No notofication that Momentum withdrew Care Cross, hence having to pay cash for Dr visit- no benefits available from ingwe network. Informed cancellation of both policies, but had no reply to matter. When e-mailing all i get is a automated receipt that they received mail, but no one returns calls etc. When i phone you never can speak to the same person, i get put thru from 1 person to the next to the next, without any joy. No response when Threatening to take matter further. One of the 2 members is a 6 year old minor whom Momentum accepted, Grandfather pays the premiums, but now they claim minor must sign and request information herself. I have approx 50 plus pages of e-mails.
