BREACH OF CONTRACT

Wesbank reposessed my car unlawfully!!! They admit they disposed my original contract!!! Wesbank send me a copy of a wrong contract that did not belongs to me!! how can Wesbank allowe this to happen? They are in Breach of Contract because i believe Wesbank sold my conract (loan) to a SPV. This is the reason they do no longer have the original contract. This is! Wesbank allready got their money from the SPV and unlawfully repossessed my vehicle! This is securitization!! Wesbank has a bit of explaination to do...
