I have a problem with my account, I called FNB on Friday after 15 min I was nicely dismissed as "don't worry sir, the problem will be rectified when our systems update - it should be fine on Monday", Monday - I called twice and after 10 min of explaining I got trans-fared to someone else who after 10 min Hung up, I though it was a connection problem and had no problem with it.

Today I just called and after another 20 min of explaining, the call got Hung up again - I don't think its a connection problem anymore but rather a new way for FNB to resolve issues.

On all failures ("say it was a connection problem"), FNB has not bothered to return the calls :)
