On the 4th of April i called the call centre to alert them of transactions within my account. I was given a reference number and my card was cancelled immediately (Spoke to Noninie). I was told that someone from the section of the bank would get back to me within 3 working days. Well that didnt happen and so i followed up on the 10 May and was told that the section had a back log and would get back to me. It is now exactly one month after and no one has followed through my complaint. What frustrates me is the fact that there were purchases made using my account and it appears as if the bank couldn't careless about my money. How safe is my money with such service levels. This is not acceptable for an international bank like Standard.
