First they wrongfully took R5133 out of my Credit Card to pay my Garage Card. This is always taken from my current account, and should have been R1361.92. This was also done on the 18th of December, where all my debit orders always happen on 1st of each month. They re-imbursed the difference (R3771), but cancelled my garage card without notifying me. Then, on the 1st, they again took R1361.92 for my garage card. I called again, and insisted that they put the money back that day. They first said it will take 7 working days, but finally agreed to refund me that day. After well over a week, I had still not been refunded. I called again, and was sent from general banking to card division, back to general banking, who then left me holding for ages while he spoke to card division. He then came back, still clueless, chatted, figured out what my complaint was, and then said he needed to talk to card division again. I said call me back, to which he said he couldn't. I insisted because I was going into a meeting. He finally gave in and agreed. I also insisted that the money be refunded immediately. Two days later, I am still waiting for a call and a refund. Standard Bank, give my money back!
