African Bank
Not to be trusted/false advertising

I've been a loyal african bank customer, but are now wondering if I'm a fool? I saw african banks adds of 180 000 debt consolidation being advertised online and in print media.

I have gone through a financially tough time recently which caused me to fall behind on some accounts, needles to say this causes a snowball effect which causes the debt just to become more and more. Saw the adds and decided. To go to the bank I trust, the bank that helped me before, african bank.

I went three times into a african bank branch, just to walk out disgruntled and with a NO from them. I know that currently I'm over comited, therefore the reason why I want a loan so that I can get back on my feet again. But it seems african bank does not understand that. I'm a very unhappy customer, why would you want such a loan if you are not in need and when you are in need you just get a No.

I feel that a bank I trust and that I have been doing bussiness with should understand my needs and assist me and not force me into searching. Assistance from loan, online creditors and payday loan institutions that causes you to become more and more indebted. I aspected african bank to assist me. But no
