Unreasonable Service and reason to write off myca

I crashed my car on Monday evening, i had it towed to the panel beaters where they assessed my car in the morning and advised me that to repair the damage was going to cost R26k (Estimated) The accesser then went to view the car and advised that it was going to cost R30 000.00 and told Outsurance to write off the car.
They said it is uneconomical to repair the car. I am extremely unhappy with this as i want my car to be repaired, there is no reason to write off my car as it is only just over half the cost of my car. Which can be brought down by more.
They keep telling me its a write off and i don't have a decision in this at all, said ill get a second accesser in an they said it wont make a difference. All i want is to be paid out my funds which would be:

R30 000 - R12500 (Excess) = R17500.00. Which i dont see how that is uneconomical when the pay out would be R52000 - R12 500 = R39500.

I have spoken to 3 People now who keep sending me in circles about my car, First i need auth from bank, bank says they dont do that.

All their advertising about "Bending over backwards" is complete rubbish., i have not been helped by a single person.
All i want is my care to be repaired.
