WRITE MY CAR OFF AGAIN

They are very willing to write your car off rather than to fix it and you still pay excess to write your car off.i don't understand that.if they fix the car then i know i must pay excess and they cant even give me the clause or policy that states precisely where it stand in the policy.they just say it on email.its the second time that they rather want to write my car off than to fix it.why must i pay excess if they want to write the car off.
