FNB Homeloan Policy

Fnb declined a home loan that I applied for, when asked what the reason is for declining the home loan, they said that they do not take income into consideration that is paid into my Standardbank account, When asked if I can see the policy they said they cannot provide it. How is it possible that they can measure you but they are not willing to give you the tool they measure you with.

This is a first for me, I have applied for a number of home loans in the past with the same criteria at various banks including FNB and without even having an account with FNB. (Maybe that's my problem)

Why do FNB waste my time for asking for my Rental Contracts and Standard bank Accounts if they do not take this in consideration, do they think I have nothing to do, what do they suggest must I rather take all my home loans to Standardbank which do not have this absurd Policy in place???
