On the 04th of May my car was in an accident. As require of me I notified the insurance and reported the matter. Since then different inspectors and assessors have been sent to check the car and conduct interviews related to the accident. My car was written off, the insurance took it without informing me and have since been failing to tell me what exactly is happening, as once I call in they are either waiting for more reports or telling me they are waiting for someone to authorise something. What makes this worse is that I was suppose to get a car for 30days as its one of the benefits but they refused to give me a car, they are still deducting their premiums and have been giving me the run around. I'm struggling with transportation and they are failing to deliver promised services, as the customer they have kept me in the dark.
