UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION FROM MY STANDARD BANK ACCOU

Good morning

I have noticed a Fonesure deduction of R57.00 with the heading Insurance Premium 9512, Fonesure EM-656238-1 appears on my Standard Bank account the last few months. This is an unauthorised deduction and I hereby claim immediate repayment of all the fees that Fonesure/Phonesured has deducted from my bank account. I have never instructed Vodacom to insure my cell phone.
